Helpful information as well as good, refurbished laptops ready to be purchased at fair prices. Todd doesn't scoff at my ignorant questions (such as "Where do I plug in the recharger?" "How do I turn it off?"), unlike my other IT technician at school. For an IT guy, Todd is only terrifying when I show up ten minutes before closing time with my laptop communicating to me only in Ukrainian, just because I decided to try out a tiny bit of "coding" when I have zero experence at coding and am 72 years old and think its fun to hear Trump speak fluent Ukrainian and almost seem to make sense. [Simultaneous interpreters working at diplomatic levels are truly awesome. My respect to the Ukrainian interpreters who try so hard to make DJT gibberish sound like normal language when even A.I. has given up hope.]
